# Network Monitor

Press enter on the fourth option to use it. This part deals with monitoring the network bandwidth of your server to rule out a possible DDos attack. The tool uses a bandwidth monitor called "bwm-ng". It is used to monitor the current bandwidth of all or some specific network interfaces or disks (or partitions). It shows a total of in and out as well as a total of all interfaces/devices. \
In the second screenshot, you can see the amount of data flowing. If this spikes abnormally than your normal bandwidth then you might be experiencing a DDos attack.
